Tim Walsh commenced practising law in 1972 after graduating as Bachelor of Laws from Melbourne University. Tim has practised in sole practice for many years and also as an associate and partner with several medium and larger commercial firms over the years. Over many successful years Tim has gained a very wide and deep experience in practical commercial legal practice as well as maintaining continuing personal development and specialist legal studies.


In 1996, Tim became accredited as a Business Law specialist by the Law Institute of Victoria and maintains accreditation under the Accreditation Scheme. In 1997 Tim became a Fellow of The Taxation Institute of Australia reflecting his interest in practising in more depth in business law practice and for private clients. In 1998 Tim established the very successful boutique business law practice Williamstown Lawyers. Tim's latest challenge is to establish Docklands Lawyers as a small and dynamic legal practice for business and private clients, based upon the proven principles of strong personal service and accessibility to clients, while maintaining the highest standards in delivering legal work, value and results to clients at a reasonable cost.
